About Me

4.5 years in Germany.
Building toward product leadership.

An honest profile — where I am today, what I've done, what I'm learning, and where I'm going.

📍 Honest Positioning
I am currently an L1 Operations Associate at Amazon EU — learning how world-class fulfilment operations work from the inside. My previous role was Product Owner at AGCO GmbH. I hold an MBA and MSc in IT. I am actively targeting Product Owner, Operations Analyst, and Digital Transformation roles where I can combine both dimensions.
My Story

From India to Bavaria.

"I chose Germany because the problems are harder and the stakes are higher."

I grew up in Surat, India, with an engineering mindset. After completing my BCA and then my MSc in Information Technology at GLS University, I had a deliberate choice to make: stay in a comfortable environment, or move to a country where precision, accountability, and long-term thinking are the minimum standard — not the aspiration.

I chose Germany. I arrived with limited German, no professional network, and a clear hypothesis: that someone with technical depth, a genuine interest in how organisations operate, and the discipline to keep improving could build something meaningful in the German market.

That hypothesis is being validated — slowly and honestly. At Bosch, I learned how enterprise change management works at scale. At AGCO, I owned a real product backlog for the first time and understood what it means to be accountable for a platform used across multiple countries. At Amazon, I'm experiencing how world-class operations actually function at the floor level — a perspective that most product managers never get.

In parallel, I'm building AI tools (ShiftSense AI, PRD Generator) and pushing my German from B1 toward B2. My career is 4.5 years old in Germany. The trajectory is deliberate and the destination is clear: Product Owner or Operations excellence roles where data, process, and stakeholder management intersect.

Operations Associate
📈 Career Path Context
Deliberately joined Amazon at associate level to experience world-class fulfilment operations from the ground up — building the operational credibility that most product managers lack. This is a strategic step toward Operations Analyst or Senior PO roles that require deep understanding of physical operations.
Operations Associate — Fulfilment Centre, Amazon EU
Amazon EU fulfilment operates under some of the most demanding throughput, quality, and safety standards in global logistics. Working at L1 level means direct exposure to real-time KPI management, process adherence, and the operational mechanics that product and data teams build tools for.
Improved personal productivity metrics by consistently applying standard work procedures and identifying micro-inefficiencies in pick-pack workflows — contributing to station-level throughput targets across multiple shift types.
Developed working knowledge of Amazon's operational KPI framework (units per hour, defect rates, scan compliance) by tracking my own and observing team-level data reviewed in daily stand-ups — building the data literacy that underpins ShiftSense AI.
Observed and documented 3 recurring process bottlenecks in shift handover procedures and inbound receiving workflows — forming the basis of a structured A3 improvement analysis (see Projects page).
Demonstrated reliability and process discipline across 400+ shifts in a safety-critical environment — building the operational credibility needed to speak with authority about warehouse operations in product and data roles.
Actively studying Amazon's internal operational excellence frameworks (Kaizen events, Andon cord usage, 5S methodology) to accelerate transition toward Operations Analyst or Area Manager path.

Product Owner (Full-Time)
Product Owner — PIM & E-Commerce Platform
AGCO is a global agricultural equipment manufacturer (Fendt, Challenger, Massey Ferguson). As Product Owner, I was accountable for the digital product backlog that governed how product data was managed and presented across European e-commerce channels — directly affecting dealer and customer-facing systems.
Owned and maintained a live product backlog of ~120 user stories for a PIM platform used across 5 European country teams — prioritising using MoSCoW methodology aligned with quarterly business objectives and IT capacity.
Reduced average sprint planning time by approximately 30% by introducing structured requirement templates and a pre-sprint refinement process — eliminating the ambiguity that caused recurring mid-sprint scope changes.
Coordinated weekly cross-functional delivery syncs between IT engineering (8 people), 4 country business stakeholders, and 2 external vendors — maintaining a release cadence that delivered on schedule for 3 consecutive quarters.
Drove a data governance initiative that standardised product attribute taxonomy across 5 country systems, reducing data inconsistency errors (estimated ~40% reduction based on pre/post data quality audit) and improving product findability on e-commerce channels.
Translated complex regulatory and market-specific requirements from German, French, and UK business units into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria — serving as the primary communication bridge between business and engineering.
Delivered 3 platform releases across a 10-month roadmap, each on schedule and within agreed scope, covering features used by dealer networks across multiple European markets.

Working Student / Intern — Agile PM
Agile Project Management & Change Enablement
Bosch Finance & Operations was rolling out an enterprise SaaS platform to thousands of users across multiple countries. My role was to support the change management and user enablement workstream — creating the documentation, governance, and communication infrastructure that made adoption possible.
Created 15+ process documentation artefacts (user guides, SOPs, FAQ documents, training materials) tailored to 4 distinct user role groups — reducing the time-to-competency for new platform users across 3 country teams.
Supported a stakeholder communication programme that covered 200+ internal users across Finance and Operations — coordinating email campaigns, Q&A sessions, and feedback collection loops that fed into platform iteration decisions.
Built the access management governance framework (role-based access matrix, request-approval workflow, audit trail process) that became the permanent operating standard for the platform post-go-live.
Mapped resistance patterns across 5 stakeholder groups using structured interview feedback, enabling the project lead to address adoption blockers 6 weeks before they would have impacted the go-live timeline.
Supported Agile sprint ceremonies (daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) within the delivery team — building practical Scrum methodology knowledge alongside theoretical training.

Founder (Side Project)
Founder — AI-Assisted Content SaaS Platform
A side project — not a full-time venture. A multi-niche affiliate platform built to practise product methodology, AI tooling, and growth analytics in a live environment where the stakes are real (actual users, actual revenue signals, actual iteration decisions). Deliberately kept separate from my core career positioning.
Applied full product lifecycle methodology from problem validation through MVP to live iteration — using the same frameworks (user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritisation scoring) practised at AGCO in a solo-founder context.
Built AI-assisted content workflows using LLM APIs and automation tools — reducing content production time by ~70% while maintaining quality, demonstrating practical AI tooling skills relevant to product and operations roles.
Implemented user behaviour analytics (Google Analytics 4, heatmaps) and use weekly data to make feature and content prioritisation decisions — the same data-first discipline I aim to bring to product and operations analytics roles.

ShiftSense AI
Problem Statement

Warehouse shift leads make staffing decisions using lagging KPI reports and gut feel. There is no lightweight tool that translates historical shift patterns into next-shift demand predictions — causing understaffing spikes and throughput dips that are entirely predictable with basic data modelling. I observe this problem daily at Amazon EU.

PRD Generator
Problem Statement

Product Owners spend 2–3 hours per PRD on boilerplate structure that doesn't require creative thinking — objective, scope, acceptance criteria, technical notes. This tool generates a complete, structured PRD from a plain-language feature description in under 5 minutes, freeing PO time for actual prioritisation decisions. Built directly from frustration at AGCO.

Relevance to target roles: Shows I understand the PO workflow deeply enough to automate the boring parts of it — and that I think about team productivity, not just personal output. This is senior product thinking.

Why Me

An honest case for
hiring Me.

Not marketing. A direct, evidence-based answer to what German hiring managers are actually evaluating — with honest self-assessment of where I am and where I'm heading.

Three Core Arguments

Why consider me for Product Owner or Operations roles.

01
I've Actually Done the Product Owner Job

Not a course certificate, not a simulation. At AGCO GmbH I owned a real backlog for a real platform used across real European markets for 10 months. I wrote user stories. I ran sprint ceremonies. I managed conflicting requirements from 5 country teams. I delivered releases on schedule. That experience is the foundation everything else builds on.

~120 user stories owned across 3 quarterly releases
5 country business unit stakeholders coordinated weekly
PIM + E-Commerce platforms across EU markets
Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum — daily working practice
Data governance initiative with measurable quality impact
02
I Understand Operations From the Inside

Most product managers who work on operations tools have never worked in operations. They build dashboards for problems they've read about, not problems they've lived. My time at Amazon EU gives me something that can't be learned in a classroom: I know what it actually feels like when a KPI dashboard doesn't reflect the real bottleneck on the floor.

400+ shifts in a world-class EU fulfilment environment
Direct experience with Amazon's KPI measurement system
Observed 3 specific process gaps now becoming project artefacts
Understanding of shift dynamics that product tools must accommodate
The operator's perspective — rare in PO candidates
03
Dual Master's Degrees + Self-Directed AI Upskilling

MBA in Operational Excellence and MSc in IT from German and Indian universities — the theoretical foundation is solid. On top of that, I'm actively building AI-powered tools (ShiftSense AI, PRD Generator) and studying Python data analysis in parallel to my Amazon role. I'm not waiting for the market to come to me.

MBA — Operations Excellence focus, Hof University 2024
MSc IT — software systems foundation, 2019

For recruiters and
hiring managers

I'm available for interviews immediately. My background is strongest for Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Operations Analyst roles in Germany — particularly in logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, or enterprise software. I'm a direct, reliable, and honest candidate. No surprises.
