Operations professional at Amazon EU with hands-on product ownership experience at AGCO and enterprise change management at Bosch. MBA + MSc IT. Building AI tools in parallel. Available for Product Owner and Operations roles across Germany.
I grew up in Surat, India, with an engineering mindset. After completing my BCA and then my MSc in Information Technology at GLS University, I had a deliberate choice to make: stay in a comfortable environment, or move to a country where precision, accountability, and long-term thinking are the minimum standard — not the aspiration.
I chose Germany. I arrived with limited German, no professional network, and a clear hypothesis: that someone with technical depth, a genuine interest in how organisations operate, and the discipline to keep improving could build something meaningful in the German market.
That hypothesis is being validated — slowly and honestly. At Bosch, I learned how enterprise change management works at scale. At AGCO, I owned a real product backlog for the first time and understood what it means to be accountable for a platform used across multiple countries. At Amazon, I'm experiencing how world-class operations actually function at the floor level — a perspective that most product managers never get.
In parallel, I'm building AI tools (ShiftSense AI, PRD Generator) and pushing my German from B1 toward B2. My career is 4.5 years old in Germany. The trajectory is deliberate and the destination is clear: Product Owner or Operations excellence roles where data, process, and stakeholder management intersect.
Warehouse shift leads make staffing decisions using lagging KPI reports and gut feel. There is no lightweight tool that translates historical shift patterns into next-shift demand predictions — causing understaffing spikes and throughput dips that are entirely predictable with basic data modelling. I observe this problem daily at Amazon EU.
Product Owners spend 2–3 hours per PRD on boilerplate structure that doesn't require creative thinking — objective, scope, acceptance criteria, technical notes. This tool generates a complete, structured PRD from a plain-language feature description in under 5 minutes, freeing PO time for actual prioritisation decisions. Built directly from frustration at AGCO.
A Power BI / Streamlit dashboard using synthetic Amazon-style shift data. Visualises throughput trends, error rate spikes, and staffing efficiency by hour and day. Includes a simple rule-based staffing recommendation engine. Directly demonstrates data analysis and product thinking for operations tech roles.
A documented PO simulation: 15 features for a logistics SaaS product, scored with RICE methodology, with a written 2-page "Sprint 0 Decision Document" explaining what was built, what was deliberately NOT built, and why. Accompanied by a Loom walkthrough video. The single highest-signal PO artefact that almost no candidate has.
A complete A3 analysis of a real process I've observed at Amazon — shift handover procedure. Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control. Full process map, fishbone diagram, root cause analysis, and proposed solution. Presented as a 4-page PDF. Directly targets Lean, operations excellence, and digital transformation roles at German Mittelstand companies.
Actively building based on feedback from senior recruiters and hiring managers in the German market. Goal: by end of Q2 2026, every claim on this portfolio is backed by a visible artefact — a dashboard, a document, a repo, or a recorded walkthrough.
Not a course certificate, not a simulation. At AGCO GmbH I owned a real backlog for a real platform used across real European markets for 10 months. I wrote user stories. I ran sprint ceremonies. I managed conflicting requirements from 5 country teams. I delivered releases on schedule. That experience is the foundation everything else builds on.
Most product managers who work on operations tools have never worked in operations. They build dashboards for problems they've read about, not problems they've lived. My time at Amazon EU gives me something that can't be learned in a classroom: I know what it actually feels like when a KPI dashboard doesn't reflect the real bottleneck on the floor.
MBA in Operational Excellence and MSc in IT from German and Indian universities — the theoretical foundation is solid. On top of that, I'm actively building AI-powered tools (ShiftSense AI, PRD Generator) and studying Python data analysis in parallel to my Amazon role. I'm not waiting for the market to come to me.
I'm available for interviews immediately. My background is strongest for Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Operations Analyst roles in Germany — particularly in logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, or enterprise software. I'm a direct, reliable, and honest candidate. No surprises.
